What is it?

When a deletion has been restored by means of the <metamark> 'stet' in the margin, that deletion should be encoded using <restore> tags (inside the <del>  tags).

[ebs-panel style="panel-info"]
[ebs-panel-header]
For example:
[/ebs-panel-header]
[ebs-panel-content]

<seg><del><restore>Unquestioning</restore></del>
<add><del>Without asking</del></add>.</seg>

[/ebs-panel-content]
[ebs-panel-footer]
NB: This example encodes the deleted words (with <del> and <restore> tags), and the deleted addition (with <add> and <del> tags), but not yet the added 'stet' in the margin. That word should be encoded using the <metamark> tag.
