What is it?
The <speaker> element is only used in the transcription of drama texts, to indicate who is speaking. The <speaker> element is always the direct child of the <sp> element. For example:

= CORRECT[/xml]
While:
[xml highlight="3"] <speaker>WILLIE:</speaker> <sp><seg>Yes.</seg></sp>
