These are written inside the opening tag&#039;s angled brackets, and their values sit inside quotation marks. For example, in the tag <a title=\"&lt;div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/bdmpmanual.uantwerpen.be\/index.php\/div\/\"><code>&lt;div type=\"page\"&gt;<\/code><\/a>, the tag&#039;s attribute is named <strong>type,<\/strong>\u00a0and the attribute&#039;s value is <strong>page<\/strong>. In texts such as this manual, when attributes are taken outside of the context of their tags, they are preceded by an at sign (<strong>@<\/strong>) For\u00a0the previous example, this would mean that\u00a0the attribute in the <a title=\"&lt;div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/bdmpmanual.uantwerpen.be\/index.php\/div\/\"><code>&lt;div type=\"page\"&gt;<\/code><\/a> tag is <code>@type<\/code>). You can find all the possible attributes a tag can have in the\u00a0<strong>validation information<\/strong> at the top of its description.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div class=\"panel panel-danger \"><div class=\"panel-heading\">\nImportant!<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Some attributes are optional, others are necessary. In this manual, when we give you an illustrative example, we will not always write down all the necessary attributes.
